Description
The D.V.S. is a secret honour society at Emory University in Atlanta. Founded in 1902, D.V.S. admits seven seniors each year based on their campus leadership, dedication to Emory, and academic excellence. It is the oldest of Emory’s four secret societies. One of the originators of the DVS went on to captain the USS Holland. This 64-ton submarine, commissioned on Oct. 12, 1900, was equipped with electric motors for submerged operations and was the US Navy’s first real submarine. Fabricated and constructed in the USA. 1940’s style 140g 100% cotton white t shirt.
